Immune Readiness Questionnaire

A healthy immune system is one which responds quickly and appropriately to every threat without over-reacting. It's balanced and is able to bounce back after any health challenge.

A healthy immune system has Immune Resilience.

Inflammation and chronic stress upset the delicate state of balance between two groups of key immune cells, Th1 and Th 2. An imbalance here can make you more vulnerable to infection and autoimmune disease. This questionnaire* will help identify if an imbalance exists in your immune system.
